Custom and personalised orders:

Not currently taking custom orders. I do hope in the near future to offer personaized name tags to your creature.

CUDDLE MONSTER CARE PLAN:
1. lots and lots of cuddles
2. When bathing, hand wash cool water. If extra messy place in mesh bag or pillow case on delicate cycle and use cold water.
3. To keep your monster fluffy please let air dry after ANY washing. Using machine dryer can clump their soft fur making them matted.
Returns and Exchange Requirements:
Contact me within 3 days of delivery. NO One of a kinds, auctions, RTBS or items from Online markets can be returned.

Items purchased from the shop website MUST be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Full refund or exchange will take place once item has been returned. Exchange must be lesser or equal value of original purchase.
Conditions of return-
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Item can not have been washed/soiled. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.Cancellations must be requested within- 24hrs of purchase.

AUCTION PIECES WON: . Items won through auctions held in the Facebook VIP are One of a Kind and can NOT be returned or exchanged.

Custom Orders can NOT be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items.

Safety Disclosure

Young children should ALWAYS be supervised while playing with toys and Plushies. Please do not leave your child unattended while they play with their toy.

These items are handmade and have not been subject to safety testing. I recommend taking all the precautions when giving these toys to your child. To avoid any hazards please do not leave the toy in a crib with a small child.
Being hand sewn Cuddle Monsters are made with Fleece, Cotton Fabric, Faux Fur and are NOT recommend for chewing or mouthing due to stray fibers separating from the plush toy, stuffed or flat lay. Your child’s safety is a number 1 priority.
